Adding a Character's Knowledge Source

You can add a knowledge source to your character, allowing them to respond accurately to chats using the information you've provided. You can attach PDFs, Word documents, and .TXT files.

Please note that the time required for uploading and processing a document can vary depending on its "content." Larger amounts of content will take more time to upload and process.

1) The maximum file size allowed is 30MB per document.

2) Upto 10 documents per character can be uploaded.

All you need to do is

1. Login to your ChatFai account
2. Go to My Characters and create a new character or edit an existing character
3. When entering your character's basic information, you'll find a section called "Knowledge Source".

4. Attach a PDF, a Word document or Text File filled with knowledge.
5. Now click Save and your character is ready to chat.
